I’m the visionary behind Glow Up Vegan, where I guide women especially busy moms through a holistic plant-based lifestyle that nourishes their body, mind, and spirit. I'm also the creator of Everything Steamy, my womb wellness brand that empowers women to heal naturally through the ancient art of yoni steaming and herbal medicine.

In the digital world, I run Haus of Sites, a luxury web design and website maintenance studio where I bring other entrepreneurs’ visions to life with beautiful, websites. From eBooks and mini courses, I’ve made it my mission to show women what’s possible when they bet on themselves.

Balancing motherhood and multiple businesses isn’t easy, but it fuels me to keep showing up and creating impact. I’ve built my brand from the ground up by staying authentic, resilient, and rooted in my why. Everything I create is rooted in intention, empowerment, and the desire to help women glow from the inside out.

I believe that success doesn’t have to look one way I’m proof that you can be spiritual and strategic, soft and savage, grounded and getting the bag. Whether I’m in the kitchen creating vegan meals, on Canva building a new funnel, or shipping out herbal blends I do it with love, vision, and hustle.
